This is an Agreement
between ________________________ (the Consignor) and the Resale
Boutique (the Consignee). The Resale Boutique is an
attractive store designed to sell your "nice as new" clothing
and home accessories. The Resale Boutique is not
responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

You will receive 50% of the selling price
price for the clothing and home accessories. A one-time
transaction fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your
proceeds the first time you drop-off merchandise.

The Resale Boutique reserves the right to
select only those items, which we feel we can market. The
price of an item will be set by the Resale Boutique at the
time of consignment. Any items that are more valuable should
be brought to our attention or items will be sold according
to estimation. Any items that are not suitable for our
boutique will be donated to a charity of our choice.

All merchandise must be brought in by
appointment only. If necessary, special arrangements
can be made outside normal business hours. Clothing
must be clean, fashionable, in current season, pressed, and
on hangers. All items must be in very good condition,
(i.e. no holes, stains, cigarette smoke, pet hair, buttons
missing, worn cuffs, etc.). Shoes must be in nearly
mint condition and in style. Non-clothing items must
be in good condition, i.e., no cracks, chips, missing parts,
etc.

The Resale Boutique will market and
attempt to sell your items for 90 days. All
merchandise will be sold at the price listed on the
inventory sheet. After 30 days, we will reserve the
right to reduce items by as much as 50%. Within the
next 90 days, items may be reduced by as much as 75%.
We also reserve the right to markdown your items for
additional specials, sales, or other promotions within the
first 30 days.

All items become the property of the
Resale Boutique. After your contract expires, we will
donate the items to a charity or you may pick-up items that
you have specified at the time of drop-off for return within
7 days of the expiring contract date. It is your
responsibility to contact us in the time frame indicated to
pick-up your check or return items.

Check amounts over $10.00 will be ready
for pick-up by the 5th of each month. Any amount below
$10.00 will accrue into the next check. Please call us
three business days in advance to ensure your check and
return items are ready for pick-up. Hours of operation
will be Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.,
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
